Your opponent cannot activate Spell or Trap Cards until the end of their second turn after this card is Normal Summoned. The ATK and DEF of this are 100 points higher than the highest ATK on the field.(except "The Wicked Avatar)
I had to trade 3 cards for it, but they were basically useless to me, and this card will help immensely.

Dark Magician, and yeah its yugioh. man, they still can be the days, you just gotta pick it back up. you'd be surprised how many people i know that still play it. hell, I know someone whos 30 that just picked it up recently, it's a great game
