I can see that

you're really putting in an effort, but there are some things really missing. Proportion being one of the big things, her right arm is oddly placed, her jaw is a bit masculine, her breasts are oddly shaped, but that I can understand since women aren't perfect. The colors are nice, but what I think you need to focus on really is proportion, shading, and detail. you have talent, but its still pretty raw, keep practicing and I think you could be really good at it.

I love the background

I see people kind of complaining about the background, but I kind of see how it looks like this rose grew out of some very dark abyss to find sunlight, so it's actually kind of motivational when you think about it. Truly an amazing piece of art, wonderful job.
